Shipping And Insurance
The Bystander offers shipping via Priority Registered Mail, with tracking number from Barcelona, Spain, where we are based. The shipment is insured for any loss by the postal service and normally takes 4 to 7 working days for the shipment to reach destination within Europe and up to 14 days to other destinations.
Returns
Should you be unhappy with the item once you have received it, please notify The Bystander by email within 7 days of receipt (with reasons please!) and return the item. The Bystander undertakes to refund in full, less shipping, insurance and admin costs, once the item has been returned to us in an undamaged state.
Damaged In Transit
All items are carefully packaged by The Bystander to prevent damage in transit. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, please notify The Bystander within 24 hours of receipt and return the item to us for a full refund.
